We’re looking for a motivated and community-minded Jobs Coach to support individuals in their training, career readiness, and journey to sustainable employment.In this rewarding position, you’ll provide hands-on support to job seekers and strengthen connections with local employers. You’ll play a key role in building employment pathways, coordinating workforce development activities, and ensuring positive, lasting employment outcomes for our community.Key responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with local employers and job seekers.Match job seekers to suitable vacancies and provide tailored employment advice.Coordinate training and workforce development initiatives that respond to local needs.Engage with employers to understand their workforce requirements and promote Jobs Hub services.Maintain accurate and up-to-date job seeker information within our CRM system.Provide post-placement and on-the-job support to both job seekers and employers.Collaborate with the Jobs Hub Coordinator to identify trends, opportunities, and community needs.Represent the Jobs Hub at community events, meetings, and networking opportunities.Work closely with local Employment Service Providers to identify and connect suitable candidates.About you:You’re a people-focused professional with a passion for helping others succeed.
